Due to the nature of our products (medicinal items), returns are not accepted.

However, we do offer replacement under certain conditions.

✅ Replacement Eligibility

You may request a replacement if:

  • You received a damaged product, or

  • You received the wrong item

📦 Important Requirements

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to process any replacement request

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The unopened package

    • The unboxing process

    • The issue with the product

⏱️ Request Timeline

  • Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery

❌ Non-Eligible Cases

  • No unboxing video provided

  • Request made after 48 hours

  • Product used or tampered with
